It sounds like you are on the statements page and Chase is offering to download a pdf of your statement. But if you are on a transactions page, selecting QFX from a dropdown of file types and selecting QFX, should download a QFX file. As noted above, if you succeed in downloading the QFX file, changing the file to OFX will allow Money to import it. Chase QBO Webconnect download problem.
