· First, open the Files app and navigate to the folder that contains the media files that you’d like to move to Photos. In our example, we’re using the Downloads folder, but the files could just as easily be copied from other folders in Files, such as Dropbox or your iCloud Drive. · · Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac with a USB cable. Go to the "Files" app and click "On My iPhone/iPad". Step 2. Find the file or folder you want to delete. Step 3. Press and hold the item and tap "Delete". If the files or folders are saved in iCloud but not in the internal storage, you need to remove these unwanted items from the iCloud Drive. Connect your iPhone to your PC using a USB cable. An AutoPlay window should pop up automatically. Select the 4th option: Import photos and videos - Photos. Wait for your photos to be imported. You will find the imported photos in your Pictures folder. You can find this folder under the file path: C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Pictures.
In iTunes on your Windows PC, click the iPhone button near the top left of the iTunes window. Click File Sharing, select an app in the list, then do one of the following: Transfer a file from your iPhone to your computer: Select the file you want to transfer in the list on the right, click “Save to,” select where you want to save the file. Depending on the type of file you're downloading, you may see a pop-up message asking if you want to download the file. If you see this, tap Download to save the file to your default downloads folder, which is called Downloads. Launch the Files app and open the folder of the required cloud service. Then open the folder from where you want to download the file. You will see a Download icon on the photo or video.
